TM4	Application to register a trade mark, collective mark or certification mark After TM4 filing: If you have a successful patent application placed on SG IP FAST, you may separately request to accelerate the examination of your trade mark application after filing Form TM4. Please compose an ad hoc correspondence via your IPOS Digital Hub account and submit to us with the following attachment(s): Template (33 KB) Template (80KB)	For class(es) whose specification items are fully adopted from IPOS' Classification Database of pre-approved descriptions of goods and services: S$280 per class For class(es) whose specification items are not fully adopted from IPOS' Classification Database: S$380 per class You are strongly encouraged to use IPOS' Classification Database to avoid facing an objection against your trade mark application and reduce the processing time.
TM8	Request to divide an application for registration	S$280 for each additional application that the original application is divided into

TM27	Application to amend a trade mark application or registration (excluding change of name or other particular of any person) Please note that the following are not acceptable: Amendments to mark representation which substantially alter the identity of the mark. Amendments to specification of goods and/or services which lead to any expansion in the scope of protection. MM22(E)	Request for the division of an international registration	The completed Form MM22(E) with supporting document(s), such as a bank transaction advice, can be submitted via IPOS Digital Hub.
