How To Create And Manage An IPOS Digital Hub Account:
You may refer to this guide on registering, accessing and managing your IPOS Digital Hub (IDH) account.

For Technical Queries:

  • Steps taken leading to the error;
  • Screenshots of the error faced in IDH (preferably with a date and/or time stamp); and
  • The form that you wish to file with the relevant information filled in (if applicable)’.

Note for CorpPass Users:
Please ensure that the IPOS Digital Hub eService is enabled in your CorpPass account. You may enable the eService via CorpPass’ website here, and use the eService ID (IPOS-IP4SG-CP) with eService Name (Digital Hub - New National Registry System (IP4SG)).

IPOS operates strictly on a by-appointment basis. All eAppointments will be conducted via telephone call and/or video-conferencing.

IP Legal Clinic

The IP Legal Clinic provides Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, and/or Singapore registered businesses with access to a consultation session with a professional IP lawyer. Through a one-time 45-minute clinic session, you can seek preliminary advice on intellectual property (IP) disputes including IP infringement, opposition, invalidation and revocation, allowing you to explore your options before deciding on the next course of action.  

While requestors are responsible for the law firm’s fees, IPOS provides financial assistance. IPOS will disburse payment directly to the law firms on behalf of the requestor, subject to meeting stipulated requirements. 

The form will take about 5 minutes to complete.

IP Business Clinic

Our IP Business Clinic offers consultations on IP strategies and other IP-related business concerns. This service allows Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents and/or Singapore registered businesses to speak with a professional consultant. 

This 45-minute complimentary session allows you to discuss IP strategies and options for businesses with the consultant. Areas of expertise include advisory on IP issues in overseas markets, IP Commercialisation, IP Intelligence, Audit and Valuation, and IP Strategy and IP Portfolio Management.

Duration: 45 min
Cost: Complimentary
