Ms Constance Leong is a lawyer with more than 20 years of post-qualification experience. Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, a Barrister-at-law in the UK (Middle Temple), she has also been on the roll of solicitors of the Law Society of England and Wales, UK. Constance has a LLM, LLB and a BA in Mathematics and English. Prior to private practice, she served as a Assistant Registrar & Legal Counsel at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS).

She is a published writer on IP law, her publications are at her LinkedIn. At the IPOS Society, she volunteers as part of the National Screening Board of the WIPO’s Inventor Assistance Programme, Singapore Chapter. At the Singapore Management University (SMU), she role-plays as Guest Judge at practice sessions to coach the SMU School of Law for the Annual Oxford International Intellectual Property Law Moot Competition.
