Edina is a senior associate in Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP. She handles a broad range of non-contentious and contentious matters within the areas of intellectual property, technology, data protection and gaming. She has experience in intellectual property prosecution, drafting agreements such as software licensing agreements, IT services agreements, collaboration agreements, and a wide range of other agreements dealing with intellectual property, regularly advises clients on enforcing their intellectual property rights, and proposes strategies on how clients can further strengthen their intellectual property rights.
