Ms Elaine Lew

Elaine Lew is a partner in Dentons Rodyk's Intellectual Property & Technology practice group. She co-heads the Copyright/Designs and Tech, Media & Telecomms practices. Her practice ranges from intellectual property protection, prosecution and enforcement to general counselling on the acquisition, management, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

She has particular expertise in advising in the area of trademarks and also dealt with issues resulting to the ownership, transfer and/or exploitation rights in the works of employees and consultants, outsourced vendors, co-authors and joint venture partners. She is also well-versed in drafting and reviewing agreements for franchising, distribution, sponsorship, trademark co-existence, software development, Internet usage, and electronic commerce transactions in a wide variety of industries.
