Genevieve was admitted to the Singapore Bar in September 2014, with her principal area of practice in commercial dispute resolution. Her calm demeanour belies her dynamism and passion for her work.

As part of her evolving and growing broad-based practice, Genevieve has advised and represented clients in  intellectual-property related disputes, cross-border disputes, company disputes, employment disputes, and shareholders’ disputes.

Genevieve has advised and acted for clients involved in copyright, patents and trade marks disputes, and continues to strive to assist clients in achieving the best outcomes in line with commercial practicalities in this dynamic industry.
