Cheong Kong Yee Nicholas

With a strong passion for corporate advisory, Nicholas has more than 15 years of Business Advisory (involving Valuation Advisory, Dispute Advisory, and IPO Advisory) experience, where he had dealt with various clients from Publicly Traded Listed Companies to Large Multinational Corporates including Early Start-Up, trading from different sectors such as Renewable Energy, Precision Engineering, Aerospace, Education, Technology (SaaS, XaaS, IaaS), Oil & Gas, Shipbuilding, and Healthcare. He was formerly a Senior Assistant Director of ACRA, under the Accounting Policy Department, where he had driven and led in the development and adoption of Intangible Disclosure Framework (“IDF”) under the Singapore Intellectual Property Strategy (SIPS2030) initiative. He was also involved in drafting the IDF, supporting the SIPS2030 Taskforce.
