The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore and its subsidiaries (collectively, “IPOS”) are providing this Directory solely as a complimentary service for the benefit of the legal profession and other relevant organisations for dispute resolution or related purposes. By using the Directory, you agree to not bring any claim against IPOS for any matter arising out of or in connection to the Directory, including but not limited to any inaccuracy of information in the Directory, any defect in the quality of any service provided by any expert witness included in the Directory, or the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
All information in the Directory about the expert witnesses has been provided by the expert witnesses themselves. IPOS has not vetted the information and disclaim all responsibility for its accuracy and completeness. The user is responsible for independently verifying the background, qualifications, and experience of the expert witnesses whose information appears in the Directory.
The information in the Directory does not constitute legal advice. IPOS does not make any recommendation or referral of any expert witness included in the Directory, and does not make any suggestion as to their competency, availability, or willingness to act as expert witness in any particular engagement.
The user shall not use the Directory for any purpose other than for the engagement of an expert witness for dispute resolution or any matter relating to such engagement. In particular, the user shall not use the Directory for conducting market research or carry out any commercial sale of any information obtained from the Directory.
