Intangibles Disclosure Framework (IDF)
Disclose and communicate your business' intangible assets (IA), such as brand value, patents or registered designs in a systematic and comprehensive way with the Intangibles Disclosure Framework (IDF). It supports the disclosure of consistent information about a company’s IA, so that stakeholders can make more informed assessments of an enterprise’s business and financial prospects.

Revised Enhanced Mediation Promotion Scheme (REMPS)
Update: IPOS will extend our current Revised Enhanced Mediation Promotion Scheme (REMPS), which will end by 31 March 2025, for up to three years from 1 April 2025, with some key adjustments as shown in the table below. If you are involved in IPOS proceedings, consider mediation and applying for funding under our current REMPS.
Adjustments to REMPS
Mediation date | 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2025 | 1 April 2025 - 31 March 2028 |
Reimbursement to parties in a mediation case involving only Singapore IP rights | Up to S$10,000 | Up to S$8,000 |
Reimbursement to parties in a mediation case involving Singapore and foreign IP rights | Up to S$14,000 | Up to S$12,000 |
Reimbursement to sole party who applies for REMPS funding where both parties want to have their dispute mediated but one party does not wish to apply for funding | Up to S$3,000 | Up to S$1,000 |
REMPS encourages parties in IPOS proceedings to choose mediation as an alternative to a hearing. Read about mediation cases [PDF, 1.3 MB] under REMPS and the Enhanced Mediation Promotion Scheme, and a successful mediation case [PDF, 263 KB] which benefitted from the Mediation Promotion Scheme.
