Club Mild: Indie-pop Wave Makers
Life on the ‘milder’ side doesn’t stop this trio from pursuing music.

Formed by a Singaporean trio who found each other in university, Club Mild comprises bassist David Siow, guitarist, Tan Peng Sing, and lead vocalist Paddy Ong. Club Mild started off as a cover band driven by their shared love for music and made their foray into crafting original melodies.
It didn’t take long for their tunes to make waves across the island and beyond – from their debut EP ‘PAIRS’ which included breakout singles such as ‘Your Arms’ and ‘Ariel’, to ‘Distraction’ from their second EP. Club Mild was soon recognised for their guitar-driven indie pop songs with electronic textures from both local and international media.

Their lush electronic sounds, intertwined with funky basslines and catchy beats, has seen them touring across Southeast Asia, China, and Spain, even opening for and sharing stages with bands like Walk the Moon, Travis, Last Dinosaurs, and Death Cab for Cutie.
Having bagged the Top Local English Pop Song award and the Young Artiste of the Year Award at the 2018 COMPASS awards, Club Mild has since been referred to as pioneers of Singapore’s indie-pop scene by JUICE Magazine and endorsed by DORK and Clash Magazine (UK).
Despite holding full-time day jobs, the trio remain passionate and continue to release new tunes.
“It has never been an option for us to give up on music creation, even with life coming at us. We hold our music creations close to our hearts and knowing that our works are protected by IP allows us to pursue our passion with our minds at ease.”
